Type of Company - The common type of company registered is an International Business Company (IBC).
Name - An application is filed with the Seychelles International Business Authority and such name should not be similar to any already existing company.
Taxation - Seychelles companies are exempt from taxation.
Annual licence fee - An annual licence fee of USD 100 is payable to the Seychelles International Business Authority.
Registered office - It must be situated in Seychelles.
Shareholders/Members - The minimum number is one.
Public access - The files maintained by the Seychelles International Business Authority are not accessible to the public.
Directors - The minimum number is one.
Secretary - It is not obligatory to appoint a Secretary.
Annual Return filing - There is no requirement to file an annual return at the Seychelles International Business Authority.
Financial Statements - According to the Seychelles Companies Act Amendment 2011 every company registered in Seychelles must prepare management accounts but under no obligation audit or to file these with any Governmental Authority.The new regulations provide for a penalty of US$ 25 to be paid by a Seychelles registered company for each day of non-compliance with this section of the law and a penalty of US$ 25 for each day of non-compliance to be paid by a director who knowingly fails to comply with this section .
