S.D.M. SPYRIDES LLC has its head office located in the Business Centre of Nicosia, Cyprus. We have recently moved to our own brand new office building, the "SPYRIDES TOWER", a five storey building, which was constructed to offer the latest and most advanced working facilities and environment for its clientele and staff. The 5,500 square-metres, amongst other facilities, provides a state of the art working environment, highly secured filing system, 120 car-parking facilities in two basements, a virtual office centre, to name a few.
For our clients, the two seminar rooms can accommodate 120 and 300 people respectively, with all new communication technology installed.
Experience has shown that all personal and corporate documents are vital to each and every client. In securing the aspects of confidentiality we included over 200 cameras both inside and outside the building. Filing rooms and entrances in all floors are via double entry card security systems and finger-print recognition access control.
Furthermore, all our clients' can use one of our six conference rooms to hold their board meetings. The smallest conference room is 35 square metres and the largest is 138 square metres
